I print off these lists in batches so that I always have a few ready to go in my kitchen. Why not even print these lists and encourage your children to write their own imaginary shopping lists for their role play activities and games? 

Equally they could be useful to print out for an elderly friend or relative so that they can write out their shopping grocery requests for their carers or family members.
